Notice pursuant to § 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG)

We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG) and have decided not to do so. We are also not obliged to participate in such proceedings.

Liability for Content

As a service provider, we are responsible under § 7 (1) of the TMG for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws.

However, according to §§ 8 to 10 of the TMG, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this regard is, however, only possible from the moment we become aware of a specific legal violation. Upon becoming aware of such legal infringements, we will promptly remove the content in question.
